Woolnique Poncho_TEST KNIT

I am looking for test knitters for my new knitted poncho design for children and adults.

My sample is knitted in size 11-13 years and, as you can see, it fits both my girls (10 yo and 13 yo) and myself (I'm 163 cm, size S) with different positive ease, fit and style.

Required skills: Cast on, knit, purl, basic increasing and decreasing, pick up stitches, knitting in the round, cables.

Difficulty level: Intermediate

DESIGN OVERVIEW: Knitted seamlessly from the top down, this poncho is warm, comfortable, and quick to make using Aran-weight yarn. Knitting starts from the neck edge, with stitches gradually increased to shape the neck and modified raglan. Once the body is completed, stitches are picked up around the neck to work the collar and then around the bottom edge for the band. The front of the poncho features a beautiful central cable, separated by columns of purl stitches from the stockinette fabric. A simple turtleneck and edge band in moss stitch complement the cable background, adding texture and interest to the design. The poncho is designed with modified raglan shaping and a rounded bottom hem for a relaxed, flattering fit. This cosy piece is perfect for layering and wearing during autumn and winter.
